How It All Started

The International Iconic Awards began as a visionary concept by Mohammed Nagaman Lateef, aiming to honour excellence across the entertainment industry in India. The journey started modestly in Dubai, where the first edition of the awards saw participation from just four celebrities. Despite its humble beginnings, the event was driven by a passion for recognizing talent across diverse platforms, including Bollywood, television, OTT, and influencers.

Over the years, the International Iconic Awards grew in stature, attracting more attention and participants with each passing season. The awards show became a platform that celebrated not only the established names but also emerging talent from different facets of the entertainment industry.

By the time the event reached its 10th season, it had evolved into a grand celebration of entertainment, drawing over 150 celebrities each year and the 10th season, held in Film City and telecasted on Zee5, marked a significant milestone in the awards’ history. The event’s media partnership with Jio News underscored its commitment to bringing quality entertainment to a global audience.

Mohammed Nagaman Lateef

Mohammed Nagaman Lateef is the visionary founder behind the International Iconic Awards, a platform that celebrates excellence across the entertainment industry in India. His journey began with a bold idea: to create an awards show that recognizes talent not just in Bollywood but also in television, OTT platforms, and among influencers not only in hindi also all the diferent regions of India. Starting with a modest event in Dubai that featured just four celebrities, Lateef’s relentless dedication and foresight have turned the International Iconic Awards into one of the most prestigious events in the industry.

Under his leadership, the awards have grown exponentially, attracting over 150+ celebrities each season and becoming a benchmark for success in entertainment. Beyond his work with the awards, Lateef is also the owner of Iconic Productions Pvt. Ltd., a production house that represents Indian models internationally and produces films, albums, and music videos. His notable productions include films like “Rage Over Injustice” and “Love Vs Society,” which showcase his commitment to storytelling and cinematic excellence.

Aditya Khurana

A trailblazer in the entertainment industry, he holds the title of the youngest CEO to connect with global audiences through his achievements. As the first Indian to win the prestigious “Man of the World” crown in 2022, he brought immense pride to the nation. His journey continued as the Director of Man of the World India, where he showcased exceptional leadership and vision.

An accomplished actor, his portfolio includes notable projects like Love X Society, Rage Over Injustice, Bhootnath, Honey Trap, and several successful music albums. His recent hit song, Bhagat Agaya, garnered millions of views, further solidifying his influence in the industry.

Joining International Iconic Awards (IIA) as CEO during Season 7, he has successfully led the organization for four impactful years. Recognized for his innovative ideas and passion, he was recently promoted to Chairman of IIA during the AGM held on November 28th, 2024, marking a new era for IIA starting with the 11th season in 2025.

Trisheeta Mukherjee

Dr Trisheetaa Mukherjee is a writer by profession, an entrepreneur at heart, a clinical nutritionist by choice, and a travel enthusiast by passion. She is a globally recognised name in the entrepreneurial space, known for her flagship business, Pencil9—a groundbreaking initiative that empowers women by offering them flexible work-from-home opportunities worldwide. Trisheetaa’s name has become synonymous with opportunities in the digital workspace, supporting countless women to build financial independence and flexible careers.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Trisheetaa has recently expanded her leadership journey by joining hands with Iconic Productions as the CEO and franchisee partner for the International Iconic Awards Tollywood, Hyderabad. This association marks another milestone in her career, as she takes on a pivotal role in recognizing and celebrating excellence in the entertainment industry while fostering opportunities for talent and collaboration.

Since joining IIA during Season 9, his efforts behind the scenes have been instrumental in driving innovative ideas and uncovering new marketing opportunities, all without seeking the limelight.

As the franchise holder for Kollywood, representing Tamil Nadu, he has brought unparalleled energy and excellence to the table, helping elevate the region’s representation on a national and international stage.

With a strong foundation in discipline and leadership, he began his career as a 3rd Officer aboard merchant navy ships. Today, he brings the same dedication and vigor to his role as Chief Marketing Officer, playing a pivotal part in shaping the future of our organization.
